For subscriptions or recurring services, fees will be charged on a periodic basis (e.g., monthly or annually) to your chosen payment method. By purchasing a subscription, you consent to automatic renewal until you cancel the service.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Services and digital products are non-refundable unless otherwise specified at the point of purchase. If you are ineligible for a refund and intitiate a chargeback, The STR Visionary may issue an additional $300 fee to you. Please note that returns are subject to the following conditions:

5. Retention of Right to Change Offering

We may, without prior notice, modify the services, discontinue any features, or impose limits on our offerings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the website or any services at our sole discretion, with or without cause or notice.

We do not guarantee anyone's success. Personal success in short-term rental investment or any related venture is reliant on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the property purchased, market dynamics, investment structure, and individual effort. While we provide tools, resources, and guidance, the outcomes depend largely on your unique circumstances and choices. Services provided are on an "as-is" basis without any express or implied warranties. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Ownership of Intellectual Property, Copyrights, and Logos

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, videos, software, and other materials, is the exclusive property of The STR Visionary LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.
