Hi, I'm Julie!

Once upon a time, I was a teacher navigating a middle-school classroom.

 

Fast forward to today — I’m a full-time real estate entrepreneur, podcaster, mom, and a woman on a mission to help others create the life they’ve been dreaming of.

 

It all started 10 years ago when I decided to invest in my first property. I didn’t have all the answers, but I had a vision, a willingness to learn, and a drive to make it work. Since then, I’ve built a portfolio of six properties across three states, learning the ins and outs of short-term rentals, DIY strategies, and creating guest-centered spaces that maximize revenue.

In the midst of it all, I became a momma bear to a darling and intelligent little girl during the pandemic — a time that taught me resilience, adaptability, and the importance of aligning my work with my values. She is my WHY!

Beyond real estate, I’m the voice behind a podcast where I tell women’s stories of authenticity, courage, and embracing all the layers of who they are.

When I’m not managing properties or sharing stories, you’ll find me wandering the globe, rereading Jane Austen novels, binge-watching Julia Roberts chick flicks, and never saying no to an ice cream cone.

Life is messy and beautiful, and I believe in creating spaces — in rentals and in life — that reflect that.
